North Vancouver, BC., December 19, 2019 – Turnium Technology Group Inc., (Turnium) today announced it has completed the acquisition of Turnium Technologies (www.turnium.com) and Plait Networks (www.plait.io), two startup companies in the rapidly growing Software-Defined Wide Area Networking (SD-WAN) market.
Acquiring Turnium and Plait adds over 185 customers and existing channel relationships with value-added resellers and integrators across Canada to TTGI. The Turnium acquisition also delivers proprietary intellectual property.

Gartner forecasts the global SD-WAN market to reach $34.9B USD by 2022 based on the cost-savings and performance increases companies gain by moving from traditional telecommunications-based MPLS services to Internet-based SD-WAN.
